F15-07140100 is the diaphragm assembly used in the fuel pump of Parsun F15, F20A and F20AEFI outboard motors.
This flexible pump membrane works with the plunger and springs to create the pressure pulses needed to draw fuel from the tank and deliver it through the engine fuel system.
