F15-07130201 is the start-up wheel used in the recoil starter assembly of Parsun F15, F20A and F20AEFI outboard motors.
The starter rope winds around this wheel and pulls it during manual starting, while the wheel works with the volute spring, drive pawls and related starter parts to transmit starting force and then rewind the rope assembly.
Compatible with Yamaha 63V-15714-00.
